| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to review the Japanese literature on research conducted in Japan to provide an overview of the current status of ICT used by people with mental disorders in Japan and to clarify the forms of ICT use according to the characteristics of the disorders. Using the Medical Journal Web, a search was conducted using keywords such as "mental disorders" and "personal computer," and a total of 337 articles were selected from which 20 were finally reviewed. The results suggest that the utilization of ICTs is effective in patients with mental disorders, especially schizophrenia, combined with effective examples in dementia, neurodevelopmental disorders, and other disorders. In particular, it was confirmed that it is important to consider the characteristics of disability, interests, and strengths when using group and individual environments, equipment used, and new technologies such as VR and the Metaverse. In future ICT implementations targeting people with mental disabilities, a balance between educability, convenience, clinical effectiveness, and independence should be considered. | |||||||||||||||||
