| 内容記述 | The monograph takes up three aspects of the Japanese film “Godzilla", which was produced in 1954, that is to say, the first of a series of the 23 films “Godzilla". One of the aspects is concerned with the national life of Japan, especially, an influence of radioactivity. The theme of the second aspect is thought about from a perspective of folklore. It is an old celemony of Azteca, a sacrifice to its gods, that is quoted in this chapter. The last aspect is an interpretation of “Godzilla" in a sence of “a text-theory", which Rorand Barthes suggested as a way of literary interpretation. These aspects show that “Godzilla" (1954) includes various points of an argument. | |||||||||||
